Directions: Add 8 ounces of boiling water to cup with 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea in steeper or sachet. Cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Add lemon and raw honey for flavors and sweetening. Drink 1 to 3 hot cups per day.
