Wild Cherry Bark – is a medicinal herb derived from the black cherry tree that has been used for hundreds of years due to its beneficial properties. Native Americans made a tea from the bark and passed it’s use on to the early colonial settlers who included wild cherry in many herbal remedies. It is rich in minerals such as zinc, iron, calcium, magnesium, and phytochemicals such as quercetin and kaempferol. Wild cherry bark also contains vasorelaxant which is one of the main ingredients in OTC syrups.

Slippery Elm Bark – Slippery Elm bark powder is considered one of the best possible herbal poultices. The tree’s inner bark is rich in mucilage, a spongy, slippery fiber that soothes skin on the outside and coats the mucus membranes. This is excellent for soothing a dry, scratchy sore throat.
