Organic Garlic Herb Ghee

Organic Garlic Herb Ghee Clarified Amish Butter Keto & Paleo Lactose Free

Ghee is known for its wonderful flavor and versatility. Ghee is also called clarified butter. Ghee is made by cooking the butter for a longer period of time and straining out nearly all the milk solids and water, leaving pure butterfat behind. This process makes Ghee suitable for people with lactose issues and dairy allergies. It is also great for those that use a Keto or Paleo eating lifestyle. Ghee is Lactose and Casein free.

We make our Ghee with Amish butter from pasture raised, grass-fed cows which contain a great amount of conjugated linoleic acid. Ghee contains vitamin E, one of the most powerful antioxidants found in food and large amounts of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. Ghee also aids in the body’s absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and minerals from other foods. Although Ghee has a high concentration of fat, it is high in monounsaturated Omega-3s. These are the same healthy fatty acids found in foods like salmon. Ghee is free of unhealthy additives, preservatives and trans fats and is a rich source of antioxidants.

Ghee has a smoking point of nearly 500°F, which makes it great for using as oil for frying or sautéing Ghee can be used in almost all recipes as a butter substitute. It is excellent for a lobster dip, shrimp scampi or even popcorn. We use our herb ghee to produce wonderful flavors in our cooking by rubbing down meats and using in our vegetables. Because of its pure form and low moisture content, ghee is shelf-stable and can stay fresh for up to a year without refrigeration.

Our wonderful Garlic Herb Ghee is all natural and organic. We infuse all our herbs with the Ghee for 2 hours in an infuser. The ingredients are: Amish Butter, Rosemary, Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Pink Himalayan Salt, Whole Peppercorns, Garlic Cloves and Lemon Juice.
